Welcome. I'm so glad you're here🤍
If someone had told me that the deep curiosity sparked by losing a patient in my twenties would one day become the very thing that saved me...
I never would have believed them.
What began as a search to better understand the human body so I could help others eventually became the path that led me back to myself.
As a Registered Nurse, I spent years learning how the body responds to stress, trauma, healing, and survival. But somewhere between science and my own lived experience, I realized something I had never been taught:
The healing I had spent years helping others find was the very healing I would one day need myself.
Like so many mothers, I believed loving my son meant putting every part of myself on hold.
I carried the invisible mental load without realizing it had become my normal.
I thought constantly feeling behind, mentally exhausted, and emotionally stretched was simply the price of motherhood.
It wasn't.
The deeper I studied neuroscience, nervous system regulation, habit transformation, and Healing Touch, the more one truth became impossible to ignore:
When you begin to understand the subconscious patterns shaping your life—through your brain, your nervous system, and the way your body has learned to respond — you gain the power to change them.
Because until you change the programming beneath your behaviors, you'll keep recreating the same reality — no matter how badly you want something different.
And then something incredible happened.
As my nervous system became more regulated and my subconscious patterns began to shift...
I didn't just feel calmer.
I became more present.
I thought more clearly.
I stopped living every day in invisible urgency.
And almost without realizing it...
Time began to return.
That realization became the foundation of everything I now teach through Time Recode.
Not because I wanted mothers to become more productive.
But because I wanted them to experience motherhood without disappearing inside it.
I believe children deserve to witness mothers who heal.
Who dream.
Who pursue purpose.
Who choose joy.
Who show them that evolution doesn't end when motherhood begins.
My mission isn't simply to help mothers reclaim 2–3 hours a day.
It's to help them reclaim themselves.
Because motherhood was never meant to cost a woman herself.
It was always meant to become the catalyst for her evolution.
